It is our goal to make your online shopping experience safe and convenient. We will be happy to answer questions, take phone orders or help in any capacity that is necessary.
If you locate a book on the website that you would like to pick up in person, please call and have it held for you behind the desk. All books are subject to prior sale and in some instances may sell to someone else in the time it takes to stop in and pick it up. We honor all hold requests for 7 days, after which the book will be returned to shelf and offered for sale.
Returns and Refunds
We guarantee the condition of every book you buy on booksrevisited.com, and anything we send out or deliver is subject to your approval. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the book within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note; we will only refund shipping charges if a cataloging error was made or a significant flaw was omitted from the description.
It is best to contact us prior to making a return so we can facilitate the process, refunds will be given in the same manner in which payment was made. We are not able to offer refunds on returned books that come back in a different and worse condition than when they were sent out. For example, a brand new book that was wrapped in shrink wrap when shipped can not be returned if it has been opened and the dust cover is torn. In some cases we will have replacement copies available and it is a very simple to a ship a replacement to fix a problem with condition. Please address returns to the address below:

We make every effort to ship your order within one business day, all items listed on the website are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. On rare occasions, it may take longer to process your order, and we will contact you directly if that is the case to explain the circumstance. Because our inventory is listed online and also available for purchase in the bookstore, there are rare occasions when something will sell in the bookstore and then again online before it can be removed from the system. We understand how frustrating this can be, and work very, very hard to keep scenario from occurring. In the event that it does happen, we will notify you promptly, and work with you to find a suitable solution.
The shipping rates listed below will fit most situations, and all domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation or equivalent tracking. We have listed some general guidelines for international shipments, but many times a shipment to another country will require a specialty quote. Please contact us direct with shipping questions, if an International order is placed and the shipping listed is insufficient, then we will contact you to resolve the situation and ship your book as quickly as possible.
